2-D: Gargoyle Reflection. March 6, 2013.
1. The good or strong parts of my gargoyle is the structure because it turned out the way i wanted it too.
2. The bad or parts i could have done better on my gargoyle is the painting job because its sloppy to me, i missed some places.
3. My project is a donkey, and i did it that way because i think it is cute. My donkey has like a straight across mouth, kind of grinning.
4. The form of my gargoyle is a sephere shape, i did it this way because i wanted him to have fat cheeks. Its about the size of two small fists. It just came out to be the size it did with the amount of clay i had.
5. I only have two main colors. the main color is gray, and the hair and eyes are green so it would stand out from the gray.
6. I learned to not get frusterated. This project i didn't get angry much and just took my time and it turned out fine. I can apply this to life because i need to take my time and not get frusterated on other thinks.
7. I mostly had a plan for this gargoyle. I knew i wanted to do this donkey and do a mohawk. I changed the color i wanted to do on it. I started off by making a rounder head and doing the facial features, then i went on to the ears. Last i did the hair and finished the eyes. Everything went as planned until i started painting. I change the color from what i wanted to do in the begining.
8. I do think this is a worthwile project, but i dont think it has to be really gargoyles because not everyone wants to do scary thinks. I think we should be able to do anycreature, which is what we did anyway. I personally though it was an okay project.
